You sent a Ranger to meet with the representatives from either side to discuss treaty plans. But no treaty has been reached.

Try for peace iiThe meeting has only managed to enhance hostilities and insence the participants. You have warned the diplomats that you shall enter the war and be merciless, but they did not back down, indeed they threatened to hold back not, to spare no magic or warrior.
