Rumor has it that they both are still alive and that they're being imprisoned for fear of the effect their death would have on the Sashara.

It has been years since the tragedy befalling your parents and your loyal friend Aryati, your mother's Lady-in-Waiting. If it were not for her bravery in your rescue, you would not still be alive. Sadly, even though Aryati managed to deliver you as a baby to the Necromancer clan for custody, she sustained great injury during the attack. She surrendered feigning your death. Nevertheless, deep inside your heart you believe that both your parents and your loyal savior must still be alive.

    The past sixteen years have certainly not been easy for you. The Necromancer clan, save for Nagash, have always been suspicious of you and will not accept you as one of their own. It's because the Necromancer clan has never approved of your mother, Queen Esuna, marrying the King of Sashara. However, now you are a strong adult. Nagash tries to convince you that both the Knight and Necromancer blood running in your veins is actually a blessing, and that you need to tap into your powers within to realize the great potential inside you. Maybe Nagash is right. It is time to show the Necromancers just who you truly are.

    Even though you don't exactly remember every detail of the story when the Prime Minister captured the King and Queen, you remember that the kingdom immediately fell into chaos and monsters started to roam free and spread terror everywhere. Your guardian also told you about the story of Prince Jasca: how he managed to escape the fateful battle and how he grew up and ended up ruling over the Necromancer clan, the clan where Queen Esuna came from originally.

    Nonetheless, you can't help but grow skeptical about the Prince. The Necromancers have long been waging wars against every ruler in the land and their misdeeds and corruption are notorious. It could have been that the Necromancers were using the Prince to achieve their ulterior motive: seizing the kingdom for their own. For now all you can do is just wait and see what the Prince will do since reports from the Necromancer's land say that the Prince is leading an army.

    Nagash quickly reminds you not to take the whole matter too lightly. Raising skeletons can be very addictive all right but you must realize the urgent task in hands. Prime Minister Erdian has been trying to locate where you are and once he does, he will not hesitate to send his army to kill you and whatever it's in his way. Therefore, you will have to gather your own force quickly, especially if you want to free your parents and find the location where they're taken captive. Nagash shows you the map of the Ternate area. There's an abandoned town nearby to the south where you may be able to set up a new fort and amass more undead armies.

    After a few days of practice killing the monsters roaming the area, you actually feel good about yourself. It's been a while since you're brought to Phyrelle to train with the Elementalists. Your exceptional talent in chanting blessings on the troops has really made you advance ranks very quickly. With the King is still alive, there's more good reason for you now to fight for your cause. Nevertheless, your guardian reminds you not to be distracted by the daunting task to rescue the King and Queen; instead it's best to focus your attention to build your troops first.

    Furthermore, Nagash points out the harbor town farther to the south. It appears that the silver border gate may be the one thing that has secured the area from the Prime Minister's savage armies. However, upon closer investigation a strange monolith near your starting castle may foretell that the Prime Minister has actually successfully located your castle. It will just be a matter of time before his army will come to attack. Worse, the Prime Minister has managed to gather support from the underground Barbarians as well as the Beastmasters of the Swampland, the Clerics of the Tara island, the Druids of the Shi continent, and, the most dangerous of all, the Wizards of the Snowland. You will never know which one of them will first come to attack, but it's clearly better to fully prepare for any ambushes ahead while keep working on gathering strong troops.

He even went on as far as offering rewards for whomever able to bring the Prince to the palace dead or alive.

If there's anything you can do, it will be finding the location of the prison where the Queen's being kept and perhaps sending a letter to the Prince to inquire about his stand in this whole situation. It's a name that really suits him after having to endure all those solitary years without parents and despised by so many, even by most of the members of the Necromancer clan. The news from the Necromancer clan has it that the Prince has been on the move to gather undead armies. You're not so sure whether to take it as good or bad news. The good news is that the Prince is well and alive and even though he's said to be a work of evil, he's after all the sole heir to the throne. The bad news, the nature of the Necromancer clan has always been but unpredictable. They're treacherous at heart and what they usually do will always bring utter destruction to others for the sake of building up massive skeleton armies. For all you know, the Prince may just have been used as a cover-up for their ultimate motive to seize the kingdom for their own. Nevertheless, you will just have to wait for the reply letter from the Prince. And hoping for some really good news....

The fertile grassland of Shi and Tara Island has been changed to various landscapes foreign to grassland. Nagash has always had the suspicion this must be the work of the Prime Minister Erdian's sorcery powers! Only a strong magician like Erdian can affect the weather pattern to such great extent. You wonder how you will be able to defeat such powerful wizard whose sorcery can even alter the weather pattern.

Unfortunately, bad news has just arrived from the other two neighborhood rulers, in addition to an equally disturbing news from the Prince himself. The Warlock and Heretic clan have both rejected the idea of an alliance and they seem to feel the need to exploit the chaos to claim the throne for their own. Meanwhile, words from Prince Jasca are even grimmer. The Prince has even sent an ultimatum for all clans to surrender under his name immediately. It seems that sixteen years living under the Necromancer's tutelage actually has drawn out the evil side of the Prince. It's not so clear whether the magical fields that contain the Lord of Water are located in either the Necromancer, Warlock, or Heretic clan's territory. Either way, it looks like fighting them all maybe the only option you have right now.
