An evil wizard has taken over the world. He has reshaped the world into four very different sections and ordered you to fight for his own amusement. Resouces are very unbalanced- each player has access to a great deal of some and almost none of others. Each area has unique strengths.

Green has been given great and beautiful forests. It's a shame what they're being used for.

It is said that the eyes of Tan are everywhere, and that their scouts stretch far and wide across their land.

Rumor has it that Tan's castles are completely protected by mountains. Only the secretive creatures of his lands know the way in or out.

The Dendroids are furious about their forests being chopped away.

The dwarves who once populated Blue's land survived the remaking of the world in their underground homes and are now struggling to regain control of their homeland.

It is said that the Zealots in Tan's land are numerous and dangerous. They are repulsed by the swamp the land has become and have made it their mission to change it into a garden. Overzealous zealots, if you ask me.

I heard members of Purple's army complaining that the goblins there have overrun everything! It is said they challenge the might of even the Titans.

After remaking the world, the Wizard took many of the valuable items from the old world and scattered them across the desert region.

A giant volcanic eruption happened in the desert right after the Wizard remade the world. Soon after, it was discovered that Mercury could be extracted from the ash that remained.

It is said that the volcanoes that erupted in Purple's land scattered its ashes across their desets.

The swamp flies in Tan's land are more of a nuisance than you'd think.
-
Blue has been able to take a great deal of ore from the Dwarves who mine it. The dwarves, in turn, have become very hostile.

I have heard that the underground land is filled with great treasures, resources and valuable things. Many of the creatures who once lived in this land have shunned the game the wizard plays with us and have traveled underground to search for them.

The caverns underground are said to hold the most powerful artifacts in the world.

Four abandoned castlies lie deep underground, guarded by bizarre and mysical creatures that sprung from creation itself.

It is said that the men of the underworld are made of the bits of the world the wizard did not use.

Your tip wasn't generous enough.

Dwarves and Goblins like to ambush you in these lands, after the wizard remade them, in order to gain your valuable possessions... you can usually spot areas by their dug-out holes, but those are false lures; the real threat are when you don't see them.

Tan's heroes are the most skilled in the land. It is said that they get much of their ability from witches.

It is said that those who do the will of the Seers will gain vast wisdom for their efforts.

OpeningYour world has been torn apart by a terrible unknown wizard who has gained enormous power and has used it to remake the world in which you live. He has split the world into four sections and has pitted you against each other, threatening to destroy you all if you do not fight one another.

Green OpeningYou are furious that he has done so and you hate the idea of playing his sick game, but you also know your less noble kinsmen will happily destroy you while you refuse. You decide to claim the land in the name of goodness and justice and to use that power to challenge this evil wizard.

Green 2Your scouts have brought many resources to start you with, laid around your castle. You are also told that there is 1 Alchemist Lab, 10 Sawmills, 1 Gold Mine and 5 Gem Ponds on your land. All other resources are heavily guarded. Your land is also full of Mercenary Camps and Marletto Towers.

Purple OpeningYou were filled with excitement and joy to learn what the wizard has done. Finally, you have your opportunity to rule this land! To make matters better, the wizard has filled your land with powerful artifacts. You vow to use these to crush your opponents.

Purple 2Your scouts have gathered many resources to start you with, laid around your castle. You are also told that there is 1 Gold Mine, 1 Crystal Mine, 5 Alchemist's Labs and 5 Sulfur Dunes on your land. What other resources are out there are heavily guarded.

Blue OpeningAlthough you dislike violence, you also realize that you are the only wizard powerful enough to stop this awful force, now that the wizardess that protected the world has been defeated. Your land is filled with magic, and you vow to gather this magic and defeat this wizard and all other opposition.

Blue 2Your scouts have brought many resources to start you with, laid around your castle. You are also told that there is 1 Alchemist's Lab, 10 Ore Pits, 1 Gold Mine and 5 Crystal Caverns on your land. All other resources are heavily guarded. Your land is also full of Shrines of Magic and Star Axes.

Tan- OpeningYou are amused by what the wizard has done, and, like any other good mercenary, ready and able to take full advantage of the situation in order to gain power and profit (not necessarily in that order). Already your network of spies and scouts is scouring the land.

Tan 2You know that each area has exclusive advantages and disadvantages. Green has attack and defense skill, wood and gems. Purple has artifacts, sulfur and mercury. Blue has knowledge and spell power, and ore and crystal. You have gold - 9 mines total in all on your land.

Tan 3Along with this, you are in charge of the information. You have ways to remove shroud, learn about your opponents, get around your land quickly and have advanced knowledge of what is ahead. Witch huts all over your land are ready to teach you what they know. You are the craftiest opponent.

All- Center explanationThere is are two outposts at the edge of your land with two large armies in them. Those armies guard the only possible entrance to this land, as the wizard is blocking all flight and dimension door spells. Beyond is a central area with a trading post and an entrance to the vast underground.

Tan - Info 3Report From above: Tan's area has a section that has been taken over by goblins and their kin. Our scouts report that there is even an additional castle there constructed by them on the bottom right of their land. The castle is crudely made and has little potential, but it is important to note.

Tan - Info 4Each area has much in common. For example, each area has a creature type that seems to be a plague on the area that is holding some creatures captive. Each area has many of their mines clustered together and a section of guarded resource areas such as Imp Caches or Naga Banks. Watch for this.
