Introduction 1
It is a time of war. Of course it is a time of war. It's always a time of war. What do you expect in a world where four hostile kingdoms meet at a fly-infested swamp? There's a castle in that swamp, aptly named Muck, that your ancestors have been fighting over for as long as you've had ancestors.
Introduction 2
There are rumors of a second castle called Duckweed but nobody has ever held Muck long enough to look for it.
Vision 1
Black dots on the horizon. Thousands of them darken the northern sky. You wake up in a cold sweat.
Vision 2
Four little fish glare at each other. In the distance, two big fish do the same. You wake up hungry for some fillets.
Vision 3
The dots in the northern sky grow ever larger. You can vaguely hear flapping and snorting -- or is that just your overactive imagination? You wake up and run to the window but the sky is clear.
Vision 4
One of the two big fishes opens its mouth and lunges at the other. It swallows it whole. It balloons to three times its orginal size. It turns toward the four little fish. You wake up, not sure if you're hungry for fillets or if they're hungry for you.
Vision 5
The dots cover most of the sky now. They're definitely flapping and snorting. You think you can smell sulfur. Thankfully, it was only a dream.
