For winnig this adventure your heroe(s) must achieve some important abilities. The underground-section has, as usual, the strongest armies and towns, indeed. But you need more than weapon- and magic power to overwhelm your dark and bloody opponents. And ... That's your chance !!!
Welcome to Abilities. Beginners will need some attempts to find the way to victory (learning by doing, indeed!). Also experienced players will have some logistic or other problems. But don't worry, later on you will get some useful tips by frifix. I think, you will have a lot of fun and thrills.
Conditions
The adventure is composed very, very carefully! Therefore don't change any map-conditions !!! And don't search Resurrection, Fly, Dimension Door or Town-Portal in any of the mage-guilds, it's in vain !!!
South
You are one of five little Lords in the Southlands. Your direct neighbors, I think, you should overwhelm within a few weeks. Further steps to the north may follow, but at first the southern territories completely must be yours. And don't forget to conquer the subterranean area deep in the south!
Navigation
All ways to resources are blocked by these evil Dragons.. You must fight them or take the sea-way. Possibly you are able to find a good sailor and ship-summoner in the tavern - if you are lucky enough! But will he find any boat in the seas? Another solution may be to employ a good Diplomat.
Question
Now you have examined your surroundings as well as your resources. Are you happy? I would take Deemer for further raids if he is willing to join. And as town-type I would prefer an Inferno! But you have made your choice and the struggle will go on! Good luck! --- You will need it!
Goodies
On your further journey you will find a lot of useful things and events. But choose carefully, don't catch them all ! You know:Time is money! But here: Time is l i f e !!!
Areas
Your way to victory leads to the north. You must conquer middle-earth and the northern area. The way to the middle is on the right side over the eastern training-grounds. The northern territories are far over the ocean. There, you should find an entrance to down-yonder - fulfil the conditions for going down.
Subterranean
The sub-section has many possibilities to reach the sunny side. But these ways are heavily guarded or blocked by quest-guards asking for Pikemen, Archers, Swordmen etc. And that's not so easy as you believe. These guys wanted by the guards are very rare in the subterra. The quest-guard asking for archers is in the north, the archer-generator deep in the south and the opposite situation for swordsmen. I think, the sunny side is sure for a short time .....
Refugee-camps
Oh, sorry, I have forgotten an important message for you: There are many refugee-camps in the subterra. Possibly the computers-planned opponents RED, TEAL and PURPLE are clever enough to collect there pikemen, archers, griffins etc. ??? Or they catch some Knight-Hero in a Tavern ??? Then they will go upwards to destroy your towns and castles !!!
Purple and Red
PURPLE can reach a door easily to the sunny area kept by a quest-guard asking for 111 skeletons and 5 ghost-dragons. I think, PURPLE will give the skeletons, but not his nice dragons. The same is for RED: I don't think, that he gives 10 E-Sultans and 5 A-Devils to go upstairs. But .... soon they will have lots. lots, lots of these guys!
Abilities
Your heroes, tell me their goodies? Diplomacy, Scouting, Scholar, Logistics ??? Or some Necro-Master??? Come on, try to get heroes with these abilities and train them well ! The taverns are full of heroes without a job. But all will be lost, if you don't find and use the prisoners !
Skeleton-Quest
Wanted: 5000 skeletons! Thats the condition for going down. Please hurry, the subterranean gangs grow rapidly!
Azure Dragons
Oh, pardon me, I always forget some more or less important things: For going down you must also find 5 azure dragons! And you must deliver them! You have no other chance! HHHmmmm !?
Devils Castles
Devils9 - Devils10 you must get them, then. then.. then... These castles will be a key to victory !
Grailhome
Did you reach subterra? Then search for GRAILHOME! Without finding and conquering it the Guillotine will find your neck!
